  • Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12), which is directly related to this line of work AND the ability to communicate technical and/or non-technical work-related matters in English and, in addition, have a Level-2."limited working proficiency" or better as defined by the ILR scale of language proficiency in at least one of the following languages below (please specify the second language within your resume):

    Additionally applicant must show that they also possess the following specialized experiences within their resume, in order to be considered for this position:
    • Experience in operating TV audio/video production automation systems (e.g., Ross OverDrive) in order to direct live newscasts and other programming.
    • Experience in production planning and pre-production of TV audio/video using production automation systems (e.g., the Ross OverDrive System).
    • Experience using shortcuts, such as plug-ins, macros, and other production shortcuts needed during television programming.
    • Experience using software systems such as Dalet/Dalet Plus and/or Dalet Galaxy.
