    Applicants applying for the GS-09 grade level must meet the following requirements:

    A. Have a master's or equivalent graduate degree from an accredited college or university in international law and international relations, political science, economics, history, sociology, geography, social or cultural anthropology, law, statistics, or in the humanities.  This education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities to do the work of the position to be filled.
