Sparks Group is seeking a senior recruiter with a fast growing tech company is Falls Church, VA. If you are a driven full-cycle recruiter with experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions, this might be the role for you! Responsibilities:
-Perform full-cycle recruitment 
-Maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring candidate records and activity are current, and provide weekly reports.
-Develop activities related to the recruitment of external applicants
-Work with various hiring managers to determine hiring needs and qualifications
-Develop and maintain relationships on both the client and candidate end

Qualifications/Background Profile:
-5+ years of recruiting experience 
-Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
-Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Strong communication skills- both verbal and written
-Experience working with an ATS system
