This position is PRN, to work as needed.
Sentara Laboratory Services is a team of more than 700 Clinical Laboratory Professionals that service 12 hospitals and the communities around them in the Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina region.
Sentara Medical Group's care teams and patients are supported by dedicated, skilled, patient focused Laboratory staff.
Our Clinical Lab Assistants perform caring, patient focused phlebotomy services and collects, labels, and processes specimens for testing, as well as registration and data entry. Our team also provides superior service to both internal and external customer inquiry and problem resolution. Our best team mate thrives in a fast paced environment and thinks on their feet.

Top candidates will have one year of prior experience in a lab setting. High school diploma or equivalent required. Secondary education in a clinical setting may be considered in lieu of experience. This position provides coverage for locations across Hampton Roads and North Carolina and reliable transportation is required.
