Specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level is defined as experience in the following skill sets:
1) Supported the development of organizational performance management and strategic planning activities; and
2) Performed analysis and evaluating organizational systems, priorities, and areas of opportunity to enhance programs and/or projects; and
3) Supported the development and use of tools and systems to trend data and conduct analysis.
Specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level is defined as experience in the following skill sets:
1) Advised senior leadership on performance management reporting and related requirements; and
2) Provided direction in implementing regulatory and/or statutory requirements across an organization; and
3) Led the development and management of tools and systems to trend data and conduct analysis.
