Job Description: Assists Property Manager in the supervision and direction of facility maintenance and operation of facilities to include maintenance of floors, walls, ceilings, roofs, and lighting. This also includes HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and others as installed. Directs the accomplishment of various contracted services; interfaces with facility tenants and responds to concerns or requests as required. Assists in management of building maintenance by directing and overseeing facility engineers as assigned. Assists in the management of contracts for all outsourced tasks needed to effectively operate and maintain the facility. Assists in supervision and coordination of construction projects. Assists in developing annual budgets and management of monthly financial reports. Education Level
Associate's Level Degree - BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Experience in lieu of education: Yes OR
Associate's Level Degree - ENGINEERING - Experience in lieu of education: Yes

Required: Facility Maintenance - 5 years

Must have experience working with electrical power distribution systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC). Must possess considerable knowledge of acceptable general construction, repair, and/or maintenance methods. Must be thoroughly knowledgeable in operating building automation systems that utilize direct digital controls (DDC) or automated logic controls (ALC). Electrical or HVAC license is preferred.
