We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented Office Assistant for Frederick, MD! The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support. - Provide support to management with administrative, clerical and basic accounting tasks
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems
- Assist with entering accounts receivable into database
- Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
- Answer and screen incoming calls and respond to routine inquires
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and other items
- Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills for reporting and entering accounts receivable
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
