Client is looking for someone to join their Document Processing department at their office in the heart of DC. The firm is looking for support in document production, scanning, coding, and proofreading completed forms. The person hired would get to support the entire firm by performing extensive formatting and editing of word processing documents and create templates for legal documents.

Job Requirements

To be considered for the position, applications must possess the following:

  • A minimum of five years administrative and related technical experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typing at 55 words per minute with 80% accuracy
  • Proofreading proficiency with 80% accuracy
  • Demonstrated advanced skills set in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Knowledge of OCR conversion software (Omnipage/Panascan)
  • Flexibility in work schedule

The ideal candidate will also have the ability to learn various job-related software, such as Image Base, Voxco, CD burner application, and document management systems. Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of basic graphics and picture manipulation, including resizing and copy/paste functions.
