Tier Two Background InvestigationCandidates should be working toward a graduate degree in human resource management, industrial organizational psychology, business, or a related field. Students in their senior year of an undergraduate program in those fields will also be considered.
Candidates should have a strong work ethic, be able to handle multiple tasks at once, and be able to finish projects under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal discreetly with confidential information are required. Candidates should also be flexible and able to work well as a part of a team. Training or experience in human resources is desirable but not required.
Candidates must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation, which includes a credit check. A higher-level security clearance may be accepted in place of the Tier 2 investigation.
