Job Summary/Company:

Are you an experienced Office Management/HR professional? Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for  company’s overall office management/human resources functions
  • Oversee company’s relationship with outside human resource support vendor.
  • Manage the process of bi-weekly payroll and 401(k).
  • Coordinate full cycle recruiting to include posting ads, resume review, scheduling interviews and candidate testing, preparing offer letters and submitting new hire paperwork.
  • Oversee onboarding process to include liaising with hiring managers to coordinate training and welcoming to the organization.
  • Coordinate termination paperwork and checklist with manager as needed.
  • Provide administrative oversight of the company’s IT systems.
  • Responsible for directing the Office Assistant and assigning daily required tasks.
  • Oversee inventory and approve administrative purchases within budget via thorough research and negotiating best prices with vendors.
  • Establish and maintain office guidelines for administrative, operational and accounting records procedures.
  • Authorize service/repair calls to maintain workplace operational excellence.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of administrative/office management experience.
  • Minimum of three year’s experience in all facets of office management to include human resources processes/functions
