Data Entry Clerk
Sparks Group has partnered with a large global consulting firm that is seeking a SharePoint proficient Data Entry Clerk to help complete a 4 week assignment starting as soon as possible. Apply now or call 703-620-6444!
- Check completion and correctness of forms, documents and records
- Transfer and add electronic files and records from systems into companies database
- File, record, recover and archive documents and records
- Proofread, merge and format documents
- Utilize software skills to write, edit, revise and compare documents according to guidelines
- Perform projects as assigned
- 2+ years of data entry experience
- Legal experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong typing/keyboarding/records/filing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
- Ability to learn the companies management system
- Strong client service skills are a must working within this team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
