Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a large global consulting firm that is seeking a SharePoint proficient Data Entry Clerk to help complete a 4 week assignment starting as soon as possible. Apply now or call 703-620-6444!

Responsibilities: 

  • Check completion and correctness of forms, documents and records
  • Transfer and add electronic files and records from systems into companies database 
  • File, record, recover and archive documents and records
  • Proofread, merge and format documents
  • Utilize software skills to write, edit, revise and compare documents according to guidelines
  • Perform projects as assigned

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • 2+ years of data entry experience
  • Legal experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong typing/keyboarding/records/filing skills 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint 
  • Ability to learn the companies management system 
  • Strong client service skills are a must working within this team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
