Serves as lead program therapist on treatment team and in the treatment plan meeting. Provides direct clinical supervision services for clinicians providing direct services that include evaluations and psychotherapy (individual, family, group, and parent counseling) to assigned cases.
Provide staff training to improve service delivery of clinicians.
Supervised by inpatient program manager.
Serves as unit authority around programming of the therapeutic milieu and develops therapeutic programming for the unit.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide quality therapeutic care to clients that are assigned to their specific unit/department. Initiates and complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments, provides individual, group, and family therapies to clients and their families, and participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to propose and develop strategies and interventions that promote excellent therapeutic outcomes.
Assists clients in their development of self-respect, dignity, integrity, and self actualization through a multitude of traditional and adjunctive therapies while simultaneously documenting and disseminating information and reports to referral sources and coordinating with community resources to ensure aftercare and supportive services are available for successful transitioning and discharge planning.

•\tRequires full licensure, e.g., LCSW-C, LCPC, or equivalent. Certification to provide clinical supervision required.

•\tClinical License, which includes at least two years post-masters, is required. Supervisory experience of three or more years with knowledge of psychological disorders from childhood through adulthood is essential. Training and supervised experience with a wide variety of treatment modalities is required.
Work Schedule:

M-F, 8:30-5:00
