Job Description: The Registrar's Assistant provides support to the Office of Enrollment Services in accordance with accreditation/regulatory requirements. This individual assists in all activities related to maintaining student and academic data, registration, certifications, transfer credits, degree completion, and final grades. This person works in coordination with the registrar to ensure accurate and timely information is delivered to the Clearinghouse and NSLDS. He/she reviews internal procedures and policies and offers suggestions where possible and works with the Enrollment Management team to coordinate enrollment efforts. Education Level

Two-year degree or 4 years of administrative support experience in an educational environment; computer/keyboarding skills required; previous customer service experience required. National Student Clearinghouse experience.
