The House Supervisor/Clinical Administrator will directly report to the Director of Nursing Administration and is responsible for operationalizing the strategic plan for their department and hospital. Ensures for the assessment, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the delivery of safe and effective patient-centered care.

\t-Encourages staff to provide input and make decisions to improve patient and family care and the work environment.
\t-Assumes an active role in leading the process improvement initiative to address opportunities for improvement.
\t-Collaborates with other departments in a professional manner as needed to provide patient-centered care.
\t-Assigns and delegates patient care tasks as appropriate, considering staff members' level of nursing experience, competency, and knowledge.
\t-Conducts hospital nursing unit rounds to monitor census and staffing. Makes recommendations when appropriate.
