Program Manager (Computer Programmer / WebEOC Administrator)

U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms seeks a computer programmer/program manager with a minimum of 3 years’ experience and proficiency in common programming languages such as HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, Ruby, C, C++, Python, PowerShell, Perl. Incumbent will work on WebEOC programming/administration in addition to communications systems and server maintenance. Working knowledge of WebEOC is useful but training is available for otherwise qualified candidates.  Database management and prior experience managing servers in a Windows Enterprise environment is also desired but not required. Incumbent will also be responsible for assisting with managing equipment inventory, communication devices, internal and external websites, and special projects. Position will have broad latitude to suggest initiatives and lead projects to implement new capabilities. The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
