National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) seeks highly qualified candidates for the position of eCybermission Team Advisor Liaison (grant-funded). This position will support activities related to the day-to-day email and phone correspondence between eCYBERMISSION participants.  The Team Advisor Liaison will be the primary Mission Specialist for 3 of the 5 eCYBERMISSION regions.  Responsibilities include: Overseeing the Team Advisor Mentor Program and supporting Team Advisors by showcasing TA resources and best practices; maintaining and updating program data to ensure information is accurate, current and complete; monitoring and answering calls and emails into the Mission Control hotline; providing customer service support to all participants; and providing support (phone, email and eBlasts) regarding eCYBERMISSION enrollment and submission. Must be proficient with Microsoft  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.  Other duties as assigned by Project Manager. Some travel required (5 or more trips a year) and attendance at the National Judging & Educational Event.  Bachelor's degree or AA.
