Provides direct administrative support to the Vice President Clinical Effectiveness/Patient Safety and Associate Vice President/Chief Medical Information Officer. Manages extremely complicated/busy electronic calendars and logistics (virtual meeting components, room assignments, etc). among a large number of internal and external stakeholders. Maintains well-organized data administration & file systems for which information can be retrieved to ensure effective and efficient. Responds to incoming calls promptly, professionally and courteously, takes accurate messages. Contributes to special projects as assigned. Has the ability to take the initiative to assist stakeholders within the scope of authority. Identifies opportunities for increased efficiency and contributes to workflow revisions; all in support of stewardship.
Work Schedule:


Occasional evening meetings will require additional coverage.
