Planning and Education Coordinator
The National Religious Retirement Office (NRRO) is seeking a Planning and Education Coordinator to address the mission of the National Religious Retirement Office by developing planning programs and educational resources in response to the retirement needs of religious institutes, including regular evaluation and budget design. Working in a collaborative manner with other staff, the Coordinator will promote NRRO resources, aid institutes in their planning processes, liaison with other entities that support religious institutes. The Planning and Education Coordinator contributes to the Bishops’ strategic plan for the Conference and demonstrates willingness and ability to understand, respect and contribute to the USCCB mission and to fulfill job duties in accordance with its Catholic identity.
The candidate should have a minimum of three to five years of experience of related experience. Bachelor Degree in Communications, Education, Business or related field. Previous experience in religious institute leadership is strongly preferred. Strong communication, and budgeting experience. Attention to details and record keeping. Experience/knowledge of religious institutes desirable. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and willing to travel.
