- Manage an internal shared mailbox monitoring and responding to inquiries
- Act as POC for any travel related questions/requests for Associates or Candidates
- Act as vendor liaison for travel agencies
- Respond to questions about travel invoices
- Process travel invoices
- 1 year of customer service is required
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook in particular
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to commit to a long-term/indefinite contract
- Position requires a criminal background report
