- High volume incoming calling from customers inquiring about placing orders, order status, and general questions
- Respond to inbound inquires from multiple sales channels
- Maintain high level of customer service
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
- Research and provide information to customers utilizing multiple databases and programs
- Assist internal departments with daily administrative tasks
- 1-3 call center/customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-faced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive "can-do" attitude and fun to work with!
