Job Summary/Company:

Responsibilities:

  • High volume incoming calling from customers inquiring about placing orders, order status, and general questions
  • Respond to inbound inquires from multiple sales channels
  • Maintain high level of customer service
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Research and provide information to customers utilizing multiple databases and programs
  • Assist internal departments with daily administrative tasks

Qualifications/Background profile:

  • 1-3 call center/customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-faced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive "can-do" attitude and fun to work with!
