CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

For the GS-11, to qualify on Experience, you must have one year of specialized experience equal or equivalent to the GS-09, it must include:
- Experience with tracking and reporting voice and data services requests, billing and ordering under existing GSA contracts.
- Experience with voice & data services ordering voice and data circuits, monitoring vendor performance, Service requests and billing via GSA contracts; Network, WITS3 or local Services Agreements that will all migrate to the new GSA Enterprise Service Solutions (EIS); other key terms, FTS2001, Wireless, FedRelay, FSSI, SATCOM, Priority Services, DAR GS-144.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
