International full-service law firm seeks a Trademark Paralegal with at least five (5) years of trademark paralegal experience (domestic and international) to join their D.C. office. Responsibilities will include preparing and filing U.S. trademark applications, coordinating international filings, preparing documents for filing with the USPTO, SAEGIS trademark searching, researching potential infringement of clients' trademarks and domain names, assisting with discovery in administrative and civil litigation, and other related tasks. Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; must be familiar with CPI and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
IP Patent & Trademark Coordinator – Washington, D.C. Well-known global law firm with a dynamic IP practice is seeking a Coordinator for their D.C. office’s IP Department. The Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Regional Patent and Trademark Manager, monitoring workflow and work assignments of D.C. paraprofessionals, while providing back-up coverage for absences. Must possess extensive U.S. and foreign patent and trademark paralegal experience (at least five years) as well as supervisory experience. Annual billable hour requirement is 500 hours.

Annual billable hour requirement is 1,500 hours. Patent Specialist – Washington, D.C. DC firm with a growing practice is seeking a Patent Specialist to provide support to attorneys and clients for all patent prosecution activities, which include: docket and file new applications; prepare e-filing of IDS, prepare Declarations and Substitute Statement, and client correspondence. Japanese language skills is a plus.
