Entry Level Quality Assurance Associate
Founded in 1979, Technical Resources International, Inc. (TRI) is a full-service contract research organization plus (CRO+) providing product development support services to the global drug, biologic, and medical device community through the effective combination of scientific, clinical information technology, and communications services. TRI, Inc. is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Associate. Responsibilities This position involves assistance to the Quality Assurance Department to ensure that TRI meets client, regulatory, and statutory requirements as it relates to its quality management system. Primary responsibility is document management including the use of a computer application, TrackWise. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting with preparation, reviewing, and approving controlled documents; running TrackWise reports; maintaining employee training records; and providing end users with technical support in the usage of TrackWise. Requirements Minimum of an Associate degree. Proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with a quality document management system used to maintain documentation for a regulated organization is preferred. 1+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience associated with clinical research organization (CRO) is a plus. Travel may be up to 5%.
