Applicants must have 1 year of specialized
experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the
Federal service which provided the applicant
with the particular knowledge, skills and
abilities to perform the duties of the position.
Qualifying specialized experience must
demonstrate the following:
-Experience with financial management requirements to prepare financial plans, monitor expenditures and collect reimbursement for a security program.
-Experience with procurement and contractual rules, regulations, and policies.
-Experience analyzing and evaluating financial needs, trends, and forecasting future financial requirements.
-Experience performing audits and evaluations of financial matters.
There is no substitute of education for
specialized experience for the GS-13 position.

Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs) and other characteristics that are relevant to the duties of this position and must be fully supported by information in your resume:
-Ability to provide advice, guidance and recommendations to management pertaining to financial matters.
-Ability to research, analyze and evaluate program data pertaining to estimating resource requirements.
-Knowledge of various funding mechanisms to track and monitor funds.
-Ability to evaluate contract proposals.
