The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of the Executive Director under the supervision of the Executive Administrator. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver who is extremely organized, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to a senior level leader. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional formal studies and related training will set you apart from other applicants as will demonstrated success working in an arts organization, experience organizing events/programs and interacting with the public.
