Under the supervision of the Clinic Director and Medical Director, provides direction for the clinical work of staff and training program in the Parent-Child Clinical Services Program (PCCSP).
Work Schedule:

  • In conjunction with Clinical Leadership (Clinic Director and Medical Director), oversees the delivery and ongoing development of the attachment and relational model of clinical assessment and intervention
  • Provides clinical oversight/supervision to staff and clinical supervisors of the PCCSP. Collaborates with Clinic Leadership to conduct/ensure annual performance appraisals for all clinical staff consistent with the Center's performance appraisal system
  • Recruits new clinical staff and recommends hiring, promotions and terminations to Clinic Leadership
  • Coordinates with staff and contract supervisors for delivery of supervision of students/trainees during training years in the PCCSP
  • Attends weekly Clinic Leadership meetings and Clinical Review meetings for crisis management, coordination of care, quality assurance, and review of Care Card performance
  • In collaboration with Clinic Leadership, oversees staff development and training designed to enhance the skills and expertise of clinical staff. (Encourages staff participation in professional presentations, both internally and externally
  • Develops and maintains the year-long training program in coordination with Training Coordinator and leads weekly training seminar
  • Directly supervises staff members and clinical supervisors
  • In collaboration with Clinic Leadership, overseas implementation of viable model of clinical intervention
  • Other duties as assigned
