Inside Sales Representative
Sparks Group is working on an exciting new opportunity based in Springfield, VA! A growing international software company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist with lead generation and business development to expand the US market.

- Prospecting, nurturing, sales analysis, lead generation and discovery calls.
- Qualify and process sales leads generated through marketing programs and company website (including trade shows, broadband telemarketing and direct marketing activities)
- Follow up on leads regularly to develop them into more qualified prospects.
- Take responsibility for the accuracy, integrity and completeness of sales records in Salesforce.
- Answer licensing specific questions from an assigned queue dedicated to processing new and renewal licenses.
- MS Office / Software exposure and ability to pick up new systems
- Associates degree or equivalent education and experience
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or other widely used CRMs
- 2 years minimum previous sales experience in IT services, software, hardware, telecommunications, data storage or other technology sales.
- Problem solving skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to influence/close
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – bilingual skills are a huge plus!
- Great tenure at previous positions preferred
- Start-up experience preferred
