The local branch of the company looking for a real estate (property) manager, looking to develop a unique skill set to acquire, manage and scale data center campuses around the Northern Virginia region. The ideal individual we are seeking is someone coming to us with prior property management experience, in addition to intermediate experience with finance reporting and budgeting and proficient use with Yardi, or alternative property management software systems utilized on a large scale. This individual will be responsible for all financial aspects, management and maintenance of the building and other mechanical and electrical infrastructures specifically built for customers. Additionally, in order to be a good fit for this opportunity you will have: ? A Bachelor's degree (Business, Real Estate, or Finance, or similar fields) ? 5+ years experience as a property manager. ? A strong understanding of financial terms and principals, along with the competence to analyze and conduct large scale financial and business decisions. ? Basic understanding of common terms/components related to HVAC and electrical infrastructure - including primary and back-up systems ? Proficient use of Office and Outlook. ? Written and verbal communications, particularly with the capability to create complex financial and business related documents. ? Strong organizational skills and detail orientated ? Excellent internal and external customer service ? Experience with acquisitions and implementing/creating new systems and procedures . Tenant improvement and construction experience . ? Must be willing and able to travel for training and orientation purposes.
