Key responsibilities - Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings - Review the internet to locate potential customers - Manage a number of administrative duties - Update employee database logs?Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred ?Minimum 3 three years human resources related experience ?Advanced Data Entry, HRIS ?Certified Human Resources detail oriented preferred ?Knowledge of applicant tracking systems ?Experience with UltiPro preferred ?Strong proficiency using Word, Excel and PowerPoint ?Strong verbal and written communication skills with all level of employees ?Excellent follow up and time management skills ?Strong attention to detail and proofing skills ?Interacts well with others and build productive relationships ?Maintains strict confidentiality and good judgment - Capability to interact with all levels of staff in a rapidly quickly changing environment while maintaining an approachable and appropriate demeanor - Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Solid understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols - Adeptness in Microsoft Outlook - Proficiency in scanning - Experience with calendar managements and scheduling appointments - Microsoft Word experience preferred - Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information - Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects - Excellent verbal, written, and social skills If you are a self-starter who is passionate about supporting a dynamic and growing company, we would love to hear from you!
