* Drive ANCILE's Software Products and Professional Services sales bookings in the healthcare arena * Develop and manage a direct sales pipeline for ANCILE uPerformA' (R) products * Identify proactive competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns tailored to healthcare industries and decision makers * Facilitate and create product sales through our Software and Services Alliance Relationships * Manage reporting for QBRs * Create material for and attend partner marketing events, campaigns, and user conferences * Obtain customer feedback and provide product improvements to the development team * Compose and execute client presentations and proposals Financial Management Responsibilities: * Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams using Salesforce.com * Develop territory initiatives that detail plans for exceeding assigned sales targets and sales region * Develop a sales and pipeline plan for all major direct accounts * Meet or exceed bookings and revenue goals for the assigned territory Organizational Support/Interaction: * Develop key internal relationships with sales engineering and professional services staff. * Works closely with the finance and legal functions to facilitate contract negotiations * Work collaboratively to share expertise, resources, best practices & market knowledge * Support the development of competitive analysis in the (regional) product market.ANCILE has a promising opportunity for a Director focused in Healthcare Sales. You must be ready to make an impact, leverage relationships and produce significant revenue results. The healthcare and hospital market is undergoing rapid transformation as it adds digital health records to a growing list of complex Health IT systems. This Director must understand the complexities of these systems and the need for the healthcare client to maximize USER ADOPTION to assist their organization experience user proficiency, ROI, and ultimately better business outcomes. One must be highly motivated and determined to identify, maintain and close new business opportunities, drive pipeline growth for our world- class products, and champion product sales. This individual will have the chance to introduce solutions that help organizations get the most value out of the technology they use every day. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Healthcare Software Services and/or SaaS Sales. Only applicants that demonstrate a proven record of accomplishment and a viable book of business will be considered qualified., * Five+ years in selling SaaS products to healthcare clients * Five+ years direct sales experience in the software sector * Experience (sales or user) with EMR/EHR products such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson * Proven access to healthcare SaaS decision makers * Ability to develop and manage sales tactics and strategies * Demonstrable sales success in consistently (over) achieving sales quota * Capability to conduct effective demonstrations, written proposals, etc. for prospective accounts * Must have intermediate/advanced knowledge of standard computer software applications Education Requirements: * Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar field of study is required Skills and Competencies: * Demonstrated knowledge of business processes and business in general as well as risk awareness * Strong written communication skills, including procedure writing skills * Strong verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and ability to clearly present complex ideas in ways that end-user audiences understand * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Professional approach and a self-starter attitude * Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work within a variety of situations across all levels of management Position location: Remote HOME OFFICE location, TX or Southeast US preferred Travel requirements: Minimum of 50% travel expected ANCILE solutions provide the fastest, easiest way to create, manage, and distribute software learning content that drives user adoption across the entire software lifecycle.
