    Pathways Program Requirements:

    Currently be a student that has been accepted for enrollment or are enrolled at least half-time in an accredited high school, college, professional, technical, vocational, or trade school pursuing a qualifying degree or certificate. You must remain enrolled and will be required to provide proof of current student status to be eligible for this program.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    You must possess at least one of the following:
    • Have completed four academic years of post-high school leading to a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
    • Three years of general experience, one year of which was equivalent to the GS-4. This experience is defined as progressively responsible experience that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions;plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
      Such experience may have been gained in administrative, professional, technical, investigative, or other responsible work. (Please note: Experience of a general clerical nature (typing, filing, routine procedural processing, maintaining records, or other nonspecialized tasks) is not creditable.)
    • A combination of education as described in A and experience as described in B that, when combined, equals 100% of the total requirement
