Pathways Program Requirements:
Currently be a student that has been accepted for enrollment or are enrolled at least half-time in an accredited high school, college, professional, technical, vocational, or trade school pursuing a qualifying degree or certificate. You must remain enrolled and will be required to provide proof of current student status to be eligible for this program.
You must possess at least one of the following:
- Have completed four academic years of post-high school leading to a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
- Three years of general experience, one year of which was equivalent to the GS-4. This experience is defined as progressively responsible experience that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions;plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Such experience may have been gained in administrative, professional, technical, investigative, or other responsible work. (Please note: Experience of a general clerical nature (typing, filing, routine procedural processing, maintaining records, or other nonspecialized tasks) is not creditable.)
- A combination of education as described in A and experience as described in B that, when combined, equals 100% of the total requirement
