    Applicants must have 1 year of specialized
    experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the
    Federal service which provided the applicant
    with the particular knowledge, skills and
    abilities to perform the duties of the position.
    Qualifying specialized experience must
    demonstrate the following:


    -Experience with physical security policies, regulations, programs, systems and equipment.

    -Experience with a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the analysis and assessment of physical security strategic planning systems and asset management.

    -Experience with inventory and supply chain management concepts, principles, and techniques in order to provide guidance and recommendations to management pertaining to supply and inventory functions.

    -Experience administering and monitoring fiscal and budgetary activities.

    There is no substitute of education for
    specialized experience for the GS-13 position.

    -Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize work in order to meet objectives and initiatives.

    -Ability to extract, develop, interpret, and analyze inventory data from databases, and related reports.

    -Ability to convey information to others.

    -Knowledge of security concepts encompassing a wide range of security issues.
