The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results.What will I be doing?As the Manager of Hilton Honors Brand Marketing, you are responsible for supporting the strategic direction and handling the execution of the integrated marketing roadmap for Hilton Honors to drive revenue, increase market share and build brand loyalty with new and existing audiences. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Hilton Honors Brand Marketing, you will work closely with internal partners, cross-functional teams and agency partners to handle and execute Brand Marketing activities. You will support the Senior Manager and the Hilton Honors Program team on executing compelling campaigns, media and activation plans to communicate new program benefits and innovations. More specifically, you will:Serve as a key partner to the Customer Loyalty and Partnerships team, executing marketing strategies and tactics to drive awareness, acquisition and growth across Hilton's customer base.Support the execution of an annual digital media plan while monitoring performance and finding opportunities for optimization.Handle the creative development for campaigns and asset needs, including developing creative briefs, managing agency partners, gaining alignment and approval across key partners and ensuring all deliverables are on-brand.Ideate, design test and learn plans, gather and analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Hilton Honors Program, Partnerships, Customer Engagement, Digital Messaging, Personalization, Platforms/Information Technology (IT) and Digital to deliver compelling and personalized user experiences.Coordinate and run point with an overarching brand content calendar with full view of enterprise activities, run the content management strategy for and support the refresh of the website.Handle the ongoing evolution and execution of the Hilton Honors brand across all consumer-facing touch points including the website, mobile app, digital, social and on-property.Stay apprised of the competitive landscape, customer insights and critical brand metrics - deep diving into areas of risk - while pivoting strategy and priorities accordingly.What are we looking for?The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:Strong communication (written and verbal) embodied by clear and concise expression of complex ideas, results and areas of opportunityA solid understanding of effective brand positioning and creative strategyStrong problem solving with experience gathering, analyzing and utilizing customer data to distill insights that inform marketing decisionsSelf-starter mentality with integrity, enthusiasm, and a desire to work in a dynamic environmentCollaboration with a successful record of partnering with multiple teams who may have different goals across an organization to achieve business resultsCreativity with a real passion for building and growing brandsExperienced internal advocates of new growth opportunities via acquisition channelsTo fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:BA/BS Bachelor's degreeThree (3) years of professional experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media and Content MarketingTrack record of success in executing Omni-channel campaignsExperience writing creative briefsDemonstrated success running multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are metTravel up to 15% of the timeIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:BA/BS Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field of studyFive (5) years of professional experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media and Content MarketingExperience working with an agency, including providing constructive feedback to agency partners and guiding creative strategy and developmentExperience executing comprehensive marketing strategies that tell a story while gaining consensus across multiple business partnersWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?Hilton is the leading global hospitality company, spanning the lodging sector from luxurious full-service hotels and resorts to extended-stay suites and mid-priced hotels.
