Role: Senior Manager Implementation Position Summary: Accountable for ensuring engagement procedures and implementation processes reflect Implementation best practices and standard quality deliverables. Demonstrate an ability to lead process improvements, efficiencies, and change management procedures to continuously streamline and build upon the Implementation process. Define and lead special projects, including the standardization of implementations, general scope and assumptions to align the Implementation Services organization with the company vision and growth strategies. Represent the Implementation Services organization in cross-organization discussions around process improvements, goals, procedures, and change management efforts. Position Responsibilities: Possess subject matter expertise specific to Evolv configuration, input, calculation, standard reporting results, and roadmap enhancements for the following modules: Loan Accounting, Valuation Platform, Tax, Indemnification Assets, and Loss Share as applicable. Responsible for providing guidance around addressing gap assessments, workarounds, process improvements, new functionality, and enhancements identified during the implementation process. Accountable for issue resolution and change management to monitor the success and risk of the Evolv Implementation. Demonstrate leadership and expertise in Evolv functionality and best practices. Client interaction on multiple levels and through multiple channels. Responsible for managing client expectations and outlining implementation best practices to address gaps or project roadmap processes. Proactively seek opportunities for self-development and to expand individual leadership abilities while championing others' development opportunities. Lead by example and reinforce the company's vision and culture in a positive and professional manner. Create and advocate opportunities for staff to grow and develop ideas around process improvement and change. Accountable for streamlining procedures and best practices that result in collaboration and team building opportunities. Accountable for initiating staff requisitions and authorization of candidate hiring decision satisfying the request. Responsible for cross-organization integration to ensure alignment within the company. Represent Implementation Services when presenting defects or enhancements to the Product Team. Accountable for leading efforts to stabilize and streamline implementation processes and continuously improve said processes to ensure efficiencies and best practices remain current. Accountable for communicating implementation strategies to the organization for new features and modules. Responsible for implementing controls that align Implementation Services with company goals to scale and increase revenue and client opportunities. Create and challenge self and others to actively participate in professional, social or charitable events. Participate in forming and developing Implementation Services Evolv Development Program. Accountable for ensuring resource mentoring, team bonding, and celebratory recognition of success is streamlined within Implementation Services to promote individuals self-development goals and to build internal talent pool Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred CPA or CFA certified a plus 10 + years of related industry experience in software implementation or working with financial accounting systems. Knowledge of technology and systems that support financial reporting. Working experience including skills in one or more of the following: banking operations, systems implementations, banking month-end close procedures, data management, business intelligence, loan accounting, or testing. Required Capabilities and Behavioral Attributes: Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to weigh different views and make quick, accurate decisions and gain consensus for those decisions. Project Management, Testing, Software Implementation, or Data Management Certifications a plus. Must be committed to achieving results - ability to understand both strategic impact of decisions yet able to operate at a tactical level to accomplish tasks with proven ability to take initiative to solve problems independently Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives To perform the job successfully, an individual should focus on the following Performance Competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
