Regional Sales ManagerAmerican Management Services - Orlando, FL$100,000 a year $100,000 realistic 1st year earnings, top performers earning moreAmerican Management Services is searching for a dynamic Business-to-Business Sales Closer to join our team. You will be running two to three pre-qualified meetings per day and closing deals face-to-face with Presidents and owners of privately held small to medium sized businesses. We ultimately provide a blueprint of recommendations and solutions identifying measurable costs, savings, and profit improvements that can be implemented in real-time, guaranteeing profit gains. This role is ideal for the self-motivated sales person and is generously compensated by an uncapped commission structure and great bonuses.Retired military and law enforcement officers are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities of a B2B Sales Closer:Running preset appointments to enroll business owners into a "Business Survey" through our partnership with the United States Conference of MayorsGetting business owners to disclose their shortcomings/weakness and need for assistanceMeeting a lot of "type A" personalities/driversGetting decision makers to open up and talk about the areas of their business they aren't happy with or that need improvementAsking a lot of questions in your selling approachDrive/travel up to 50% of your day to and from meetingsRun approximately 10-15 appointments per week and expected to close at least 1 deal per weekExpected to manage very little paperworkExtensive ongoing training in the Orlando home officeOvernight travel is sometimes requiredDesired Experience, Skills, and Character of a B2B Sales Closer: At least 5 years' business experience closing deals with business owners or executive levelDriven by uncapped commissions and potential to make $150k your first year (Money motivated)Extreme confidence, even when confronted with uncomfortable conversationsWilling to ask prospects tough questions and "stay in your chair"Thrive in a high paced, high pressure environmentWilling to drive up to 50% of your day to get in front of prospectsNeed to be continuously challengedRelentless, never give up - closer mentality.
