Join the team that brings the market-beating, life-changing services of The Motley Fool to Singapore.Job Responsibilities: Oversee weekly testing efforts with the goals of improving key performance metrics, identifying and optimizing database segments, pushing marketing materials towards the next breakthrough, and hitting budget targets for new members.Track performance of components vigilantly and communicate to creative team to make adjustments on the fly and throughout the campaign to improve results.Ensure weekly marketing calendar is achieving maximum member generation.Drive data mining and segmentation efforts to gain better understanding of customer segments and needs that lead to higher-yielding campaigns.Manage creative development with remote copywriters and designers for all campaign components including landing pages, emails, special reports, etc.Report on and communicate all testing results to key stakeholders on a daily basis.Execute all aspects of campaign setup including database segmentation, source codes, mail instructions, and coordination with Email Ops team. Qualifications:Bring examples of split-tests that you have run, the test results, and an example of how you communicated those results.Demonstrate your strong analytical skills with reports you've generated to communicate test results, ROI calculations, and budget/goal tracking.Explain how you currently use segmentation, data mining, and/or predictive response models to maximize the audience you can reach.Demonstrate excellent communication skills for a variety of outcomes: sharing information with upper management, facilitating teamwork, and collaborating with groups outside your own.Bring examples of comprehensive marketing plans you've created that include multiple channels, numerous touch points, a variety of audience segments, and delivered on the goals budgeted.Prove you are able to multitask and manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment.
