System Delivery Project Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a PM with extensive experience in managing and leading Marine Corps military system delivery programs. Maintain responsibility for creating and managing the structure and practices to guide the program, provide senior-level leadership oversight on the program, and report to senior corporate leadership. Ensure that alignment and continual assessment and adjustment of the program outcomes remain in line with client and corporate objectives. Manage execution issues and create a successful resolution of issues, through the exercise of authority and influence. Develop the trust of the client leadership team, applying knowledge of client and corporate culture and performing steps to ensure cultures are incorporated into the execution construct of the program. Resolve inevitable conflict, undertake critical negotiations with the client and corporate leadership, and motivate the team to excellence in program execution. Manage program finances and ensure that appropriate governance processes and structures are in place to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with developing and managing detailed project plans, project risks, and financials

-8+ years of experience with providing system delivery program management support to a technical team of at least 20 personnel

-5+ years of experience in working with and supporting DoD clients

-Experience with working across the system delivery life cycle (SDLC)

-Ability to present professionally and persuasively

-Secret clearance

-BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with DoD

-Experience with delivering in a CMMI Level 3 environment

-MS degree in a technical, engineering, or analytical field, including CS, EE, and Operations Research
