Position: Proposal/RFP ManagerLocation: Baltimore, MDStatus: Full TimeEstimated Duration: Open endedStarts: Next MonthRate: Up to 75k/year DOEJob Description:An architecture client of ours is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team full time!Duties:- Direct and participate in all aspects of qualifications/proposals/presentations including overall strategy, messaging, content development, production and delivery-Develop, coordinate and organize marketing materials including presentations, reports, photography, project summaries and staff resumes- Create, update and maintain firm and project information to create marketing materials such as resumes, collateral, and project sheets-Conduct RFP/bid board searches and analyze results.- Assist with public relations efforts including advertisements, mailed announcements, email blasts, pre-proposal meetings and project award submissions- Develop and manage website, collateral, corporate branding, and coordinating team-building activities.Requirements:- 4-6 years of experience in marketing - A/E/C industry preferred- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar- Master skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe CC (InDesign specifically)- Experience working with SF-255/254/330 (A/E) forms required- CRM knowledge/experience (Deltek Vision a plus)- Independent worker and supervise work of others- Excellent proofing abilities for proposals (grammar/spelling/tone)- Extreme organization skills and ability to work within tight deadlines on multiple projects*Samples must be provided to be considered for this role (InDesign preferred).Ideal Marketing Manager will be a creative thinker and problem solver, who can self manage, and has stellar written and verbal communications skills.JUL. 2018If you feel you are qualified for this position please send your resume (and samples if applicable) to: View additional job opportunities at www.creativecircle.comCreative Circle is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
