Product Marketing Manager As part of the Global Sales & Marketing Team, the Product Marketing Manager will create messaging, marketing content and sales collateral in support of the launch of new products as well relaunches and/or refreshes of existing products. This role has impact across the LHH sales organization globally, helping to equip sales teams with the tools they need to drive revenue. Reporting Relationship(s): Reports directly to the SVP, Product Marketing Direct Reports: None Location of Position: Virtual Position, United States (Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region preferred) Key Responsibilities Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates our services in the market and communicates our value proposition Create content to support product launches and product refreshes, including case studies, proposal templates, presentations, website content, social media posts, email templates, etc. Collaborate with product owners, subject matter experts and Global Sales & Marketing team members to ensure content clearly articulates the value of our products to clients Research and report on competitor offerings and positioning to help shape our messaging Assist in internal rollouts and training of our sales teams on new products Through client interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data, gain insight into customers' perspectives on our products as well as untapped opportunities and buyer personas Required Experience/Characteristics Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a professional services firm Understanding of the Career Transition and Talent Development markets and the buyers of these services Exceptional writing and editing skills Highly creative and able to tell a great story across a variety of media and formats Ability to tailor core messaging to specific audience needs Innovative and interested in finding ways to do things differently Experience in a global business environment is preferred Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and PowerPoint Graphic design skills are a plus Strong project management skills and ability to manage time, priorities and stakeholders while managing multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working with CRM experience ( Agility to manage changes in priorities and timelines, as well as to shift from independent work to highly collaborative work
