Healthcare Customer Service Representative Summary: Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence in a timely and appropriate manner. Provide assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation Research and identify any processing inaccuracies in claim payments and route to the appropriate site operations team for claim adjustment Healthcare Customer Service Representative Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of call center customer service experience OR 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment Shift: Monday - Friday. 2 shifts - (1) 8am to 5pm, 1-hour lunch, 2x 15min breaks - (2) 8:30am to 5pm, 45 min lunch 2x 15min breaks Advantages of this Healthcare Customer Service Representative Opportunity: Competitive salary, (up to $17.50/hour, $19/hour if bilingual) Fun and positive work environment Growth opportunity Interested in being considered?
