Role: Senior Analyst Position Summary: Support Managers in the successful delivery of Valuation services. Senior Analysts may interact directly with the client on matters related to the services provided Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Work closely with Controllers, CFOs, COOs, and CROs in the banking and capital markets areas Provides top-quality analytical and writing skills for all deliverables and is able to produce deliverables in a timely fashion Manages one's own work and meets preset timelines Effectively communicates with team and client on a regular basis regarding status updates and deliverables Effectively manages multiple engagements simultaneously Adapts quickly to new environments and changes of pace Proficient in addressing the client to meet project needs and displaying confidence in the subject matter and work product Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Economics CPA or CFA certified and/or MBA preferred 3 - 5 years' experience in a relevant industry sector Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills Demonstrates proficiency in all MS office programs, specifically MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Access SQL proficiency desired, but not necessary Knowledge of various financial modeling techniques, including Discounted Cash Flow Modeling ("DCF"), Net Present Value ("NPV"), Internal Rate of Return ("IRR") and Capital Asset Pricing Model ("CAPM") Must be committed to achieving results - ability to understand both strategic impact of decisions yet able to operate at a tactical level to accomplish tasks with proven ability to take initiative to solve problems independently.
