Sprint Director Retail Sales - Mid-Atlantic Region
Job SummaryManages the sale of the organization's products or services through the distribution/retail sales channel (sales to distributors/dealers/agents or sales to retailers) on a national or geographic basis. Oversees the sale of the organization's products or services on a national or geographic basis. Responsible for attaining sales objectives on a district/regional basis. Typically responsible for a larger territory/industry/product line. May manage large part of regional market. Develops territory plans and participates in strategic and tactical planning. Interacts with executives and/or major customers.This Sprint Director of Retail Sales will be based out of Reston, VA and will cover the VA, DC, and MD markets. Significant travel within the markets is required.Must have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree and ten years related work experience or fourteen years related work experience post high school - Ten years of progressive management experience in sales support or sales management - Three years experience in investor activities and making presentations - Three years of experience managing capital, operating expense, and labor budgets Preferred Qualifications- Multi-unit retail sales management experience At Sprint, we're more than just talk.
