As a Global Brand Manager -Sterling Vineyards & Export, this is an opportunity to be a part of TWE's only lifestyle led global power brand. You will work alongside a collaborative team to deliver both global and local brand strategy, exciting brand campaigns and partnerships, new product development and insight led through-the-line execution. This role works closely with sales leads across all regions, global consumer marketing teams, insights, CMO's, regional marketing directors, global and regional PR teams, agencies, journalists, and sponsor partners such as the Emmy Awards and Live Nation. About the Role: Reporting to the Global Brand Director -Sterling Vineyards and Export, this is an amazing opportunity to be a part of a prestigious brand where you will play a role in the development of TWE's Sterling Vineyards portfolio on a global scale. You will lead all new product development and performance analysis for the Sterling Vineyards brand, engagement with Canada, Asia, Europe and Australia for planning and local activation, you will support global and local brand strategy development, campaign and event execution, social media programming, PR amplification and direct to consumer initiatives and events.+ You're a strategy guru: You have a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills - ability to interpret complex data and translate it into useful and actionable information that will unlock growth potential. + You're action oriented: You have a strong bias for action with proven results. + You're a dot connector and problem solver: You have excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead and influence across all levels and all functions of the organization. + You're a story teller: You have passion for your brands and a consumer first attitude that are brought to life through engaging presentation skills and ability to craft authentic brand stories. + You're a leader: You are able to galvanize key stakeholders around the brand vision and brand plans. You will work closely with global brand partners to optimize communication and innovation mixes for the global market. + You're detail oriented: You have excellent project management skills covering product & process development within FMCG environment (including ability to succinctly define project aims, work to a defined timeline, communicate project progress to stakeholders). + You have a sense of urgency: You have the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and know how to prioritize. Key Requirements: + Degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline + Minimum 6-8 years marketing experience (MBA a plus) + CPG experience + Marketing / brand building strategy (experience with global markets a plus) + Strategic and analytical skills + Action orientated with excellent project management skills
