As a leading provider of innovative technology services and solutions for the nation's defense, security, health, space, and intelligence communities; we hold nearly 1,100 active contracts with more than 50 different government agencies.The VPIM Configuration Manager III will assist the VPIM Program Lead and Deputy Program Lead in documenting the implantation and oversight to verify that all vehicle based Electronic Countermeasures, tactical radios, and Mobile Video systems perform as intended, identify and document in sufficient detail (technical manuals) all vehicle platforms and/or stationary configurations to support its projected life cycle. The VPIM Configuration Manager III will assist program leads to resolve problems; complete audits; determine system improvements; implement change. Under general supervision, manage specialized and technical functions, review and documentation of curriculum data bases. Provide technical writing support and objectives. Supervisory Responsibilities : Provide guidance and supervision to VPIM Configuration Managers and support others involved in the VPIM mission.ManTech International Corporation is looking to hire experienced personnel to support our US Government Agency customer in multiple locations CONUS or OCONUS. This position will require the chosen candidate to currently possess an active DOD - Secret Security Clearance. LOCATION : Varied CONUS and OCONUS locations. The qualified candidate will look to work closely within a team environment. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to articulate well, be extremely tactful and reserved when in communication with all levels of leadership and will be assigned multiple complex projects that will directly impact their program by managing projects from start to finish. MUST HAVE an active DOD - Secret Security Clearance for customer consideration., Must have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance. Must be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals. Must possess three years of technical and related experience in the field of Electronic Countermeasures, tactical radios, and Mobile Video Systems. Solid understanding of Configuration Management practices and principles. Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision. Must demonstrate the ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner. Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a cohesive team. Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and have strong attention to detail. Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and office automation software (eg, Microsoft Office, SharePoint)., Requires Bachelor s degree (in Technology or Math) or equivalent, and twelve to fifteen years of related (engineering and management) experience or Master s degree and nine to eleven years of related experience and management experience.
