Responsible for the accountability, control, verification & issuance of visitor ID badges for customers and others as directed by the customer. Register and process the visitor control computerized database management system in accordance with established guidance. Perform all visitor identification ID badge issuance related tasks, to include researching and reviewing source documents and verifying eligibility as directed by the client. Receive individual requests for enrollment and updates of visitor control records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Issue the correct type of visitor ID badge in accordance with the established guidelines. Report system failures and downtime to the appropriate assistance centers, as needed. Communicate with Chronos management and changes in job duties, security, personnel and contractual issues, and other pertinent information. Provide great customer support. Skills/Qualifications: Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Notable proofreading and typing skills Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and handle simultaneous assignments with accuracy Strong organizational skills and is detail oriented US Citizenship & ability to successfully pass a background check Must type 40 wpm at minimum. Must have availability to work from 0600 to 1800 with no notice. Education & Experience GED or High School diploma. College education desired but not necessary Professional verbal and written communication skills
