Outbound Customer Service Representative W/Credit Check
This will be working within the Strategic Outreach division - They have 18 people currently - 26 people at capacity at beginning of year - 70% of the team is temporary.This person must be very professional, reliable and have an impeccable phone personality - someone who like to help people, strong customer service, more than capable of handling calls. Outbound calling experience is a bonus. Call center helps.These are all warm outbound calls - they contact customers - mainly associations - for membership renewals, how their membership is going, welcome them. Already established relationships. They are responsible for making 22-40 calls per hour. Most of projects people don't pick up. Looking at reports most calls are under a minute. It's very easy to get over 30 calls per hour.The person has to have a good phone personality - be able to type more than 35 wpm.
