TREASURY-CASH MANAGER, and ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT The Donaldson Group is seeking a highly energetic, self-driven Treasury/Cash Manager and Accounting Assistant who will be one of the key members of the financial management and accounting team. Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Manage treasury functions including development and maintaining banking and financial institution relationships. * Negotiate bank and service fees. * Implement new bank technologies, products and services to improve and simplify cash management operation. * Compute and process monthly management/asset management/broker fees. * Handle receipts, disbursements, banking, protection and custody of funds, securities, and financial instruments. * Responsible for processing and recording bank positive pay, ACH/wire/bank transfers and receipts including activities to/from lenders. * Lead fraud protection and investigation. * Develop and monitor treasury and cash management operational policies to ensure treasury and cash management operations are in compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures. * Assist with rent roll audits. * Handle income & expenses and/or other asset management/portfolio reports. * Print/issue/distribute monthly financial statements. * Support CFO with administrative duties and/or ad hoc projects as assigned. EOE Skills & Knowledge: * AA in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 5+ year of accounting, finance and/or treasury experience. * Strong analytical and organizational skills with high level of devotion to detail and accuracy. * Excellent problem solving skills, project management skills, and interpersonal skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
