Experience working within a contact center environment preferred. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required to interact in a professional, courteous, and tactful manner. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Interest in working with management to help the office deliver passionate and professional customer service. Must have an understanding of the role and importance of metrics in organizational change. Ability to effectively lead, motivate, coach, and develop teammates in a fast-paced, high-energy, customer-centric environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
