Under the supervision of the Director, Finance of Adventist Home Care Services, the Clinical & Operational Data Analyst will assist in organizing and developing the business intelligence & data analysis functions of Adventist Home Care Services.
Work Schedule:

Principle Duties and Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Evaluates the needs of internal and external clients / customers and presents business intelligence solutions to meet those needs
  • Participates in the development, creation and monitoring of financial, statistical and operational reports to Senior Leadership Team, Branch Directors, Quality Director & Business Development Director
  • Understands key business processes and procedures and how the business intelligence function can support or augment said processes and procedures
  • Recommends workflow / process solutions to improve operational, financial and clinical performance
  • Educates end users on how to best utilize business intelligence systems, including Tableau-based Home Care Home Based dashboards
  • Liaises with corporate business intelligence team, acting as the Subject Matter Expert on Home Care for the system
