Do you know InDesign and have at least 3 years of professional experience in a proposal and marketing environment? Our client in Washington, DC is seeking a Proposal Manager to support their new business development efforts. This person will be responsible for the preparation of all assigned proposals from concept through presentation to the client, ensuring all requirements of the RFP/RFQ are met. This person will create proposals and presentations both in print and digital across multiple platforms.
Duties will include designing, writing and producing proposals, presentations and other marketing collateral; creating proposal timelines and checklists; defining the Scope of Work and Services offered to the client and perform multiple marketing efforts with frequent deadlines.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is required. Must also have superior written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to work multiple projects under firm deadlines. Must have InDesign and MS Office skills and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a proposal and marketing environment.
